Argea’s work environment promotes a very strong
team atmosphere. Regardless of your position at Argea,
you can expect a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' approach to
get the job done. As part of the Argea team, you will
work collaboratively with clients on projects serving
a wide range of industry verticals, including financial
services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and
high technology.
Fundamental to the work at Argea is an understanding
of the extended enterprise. As a team member, you will
develop a broad understanding of the fundamentals of
designing, implementing, and managing the extended enterprise.
You will also develop in-depth knowledge of your client’s
products, services and customers and their industry
position relative to their competition. You will convert
this knowledge into a detailed understanding about how
outsourced business functions can raise the
client's competitive quotient. Finally, you will be
involved with key change management issues that are
imperative in successful transformation projects worldwide.
