Vishy is a global business and technology leader and recognized expert in implementing and managing global resource and delivery strategies for IT. He is the former Managing Director of Resource and Location Strategy for JPMorgan Chase and he established and managed the offshore delivery organization of CitiCorp, COSL in India and Barbados.
His 30-plus year career in IT consulting and offshore software development coincides with the inception, growth and maturity of the Indian offshore software industry. Having lived and worked in the USA, India, UK, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Jamaica, and Barbados, he has an excellent understanding of the international business needs and the value of cultural competency in creating excellence.
Vishy is an accomplished speaker and has been written about and interviewed by the press. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering.
James Giordano

Jim has more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience in the healthcare industry. He has worked in a variety of health care provider settings including academic medical centers, medical schools, large health systems and free standing hospital facilities. His hospital CEO roles (the Franciscan Health Partnership - St. Anthony Community Hospital, NY and Bon Secours Health System - Good Samaritan Hospital, NY) involved complex turnarounds of fiscally challenged hospital facilities. In addition to his extensive operations experience, Jim has an information technology (IT) consulting background. While at Kurt Salmon Associates, he developed strategic plans, managed IT system selection, vendor contract negotiations, and performed as interim CIO.
Jim is currently a founding Principal of Managed Transitions, a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in Leadership Transition consulting and the provision of Interim Executive services to hospital and health system clients. His firm excels at assisting hospital executive teams to develop solutions to today’s fiscal and strategic challenges. Jim has an MBA in Corporate Finance.
Ravi Apte
Ravi is a pioneer in the concept of global development centers and offshore software development. He brings his unique experience of being both a successful entrepreneur and a global technology executive to Argea.
Most recently, Ravi was Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President with the American Stock Exchange (Amex) and a board member of SIAC, a joint venture between the Amex and the NYSE and a leading provider of technology solutions to the securities industry. In this role, Ravi was recognized by Information Week as one of the Chiefs of the Year for 2001 for his leadership in restoring Amex technology operations after 9/11 to a successful reopening of the business on September 17, 2001. Ravi was also recognized by Computerworld’s Honors Program ‘A Search for New Heroes’ in 2002 for implementing sophisticated market data systems at the Amex.
Ravi also held various senior technology management positions with Citibank’s global corporate bank in Hong Kong, Singapore, and New York where he managed teams across Asia, Europe, US, and Latin America. As an entrepreneur, Ravi started and managed two extremely successful software companies for Citibank in India (now known as i-flex Solutions Ltd).
Ravi holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He completed The Executive Program from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. |
