| Bill is the former North American head of PriceWaterhouse
Coopers’ outsourcing practice and an early pioneer
in Business Process Outsourcing. He is a seasoned executive who was instrumental in building the BPO and Business Consulting practices within PwC.
As a consulting executive, Bill led the West Coast
Consulting Business Unit of PwC, a $135 million business with 65 partners, through an uprecedented ten year expansion; growing from 75 to 1,650 consultants.
He further negotiated alliances with technology and software companies such as Intel, Commerce One, SAP, and BEA Systems, for hosting and e-business application services.
Bill holds an MBA in Management & Marketing and
is a Certified Public Accountant.
