| Former prominent GE Capital executive and Six Sigma expert joins Argea’s expanding outsourcing advisory practice |

Sid Milstein brings global BPO expertise to increase reach and depth of growing outsourcing consulting practice Princeton, NJ, May 19, 2005 –Argea today announced that Sid Milstein has joined its growing outsourcing consultancy and will serve as Executive Vice President of Offshore Outsourcing Services for the company. An experienced senior executive, Milstein brings a distinguished background in global processing, Six Sigma best practices, outsourcing, operations and finance to Argea’s team of highly experienced BPO practitioners. During his thirty years with GE and GE Capital, Milstein amassed considerable experience in initiating, leading, and driving dramatic productivity improvements in back office operations, offshore processing, and customer service operations which significantly increased core growth in financial services and manufacturing.
